We traveled with a 2-year-old and a 5-month-old and specifically booked and paid for two car seats for a return journeyman. On the way to the hotel, we were given a booster seat and a toddler car seat. The driver then tried to convince me that my toddler could use the booster—even though it clearly stated a minimum of 15kg and my child is only 11kg—and suggested putting my 5-month-old, who can barely support her head, into the toddler seat. The toddler seat was also missing all the padding around the head.I contacted Viva Transfers immediately. They apologized and assured me the correct car seats would be provided for our return journey. They were not.On the return trip, we were given an extremely old infant seat (looked like it was from the 1980s) for our 5-month-old and, once again, a booster seat for our toddler. Neither were safe or appropriate.Both carseats had to be expired given their age so therefore even when provided are completely unsafe and inadequate.
