I have used these guys for the last 2 years for airport transfers in Lanzarote, Tenerife and Gran Canaria. Always found them to be an excellent service.On time, good vehicles, pleasant drivers. Had a situation where I had to cancel due to sickness and they refunded my trip cost with 24 hours. Excellent service. Will continue to use them and I recommend them.

We traveled with a 2-year-old and a 5-month-old and specifically booked and paid for two car seats for a return journeyman. On the way to the hotel, we were given a booster seat and a toddler car seat. The driver then tried to convince me that my toddler could use the booster—even though it clearly stated a minimum of 15kg and my child is only 11kg—and suggested putting my 5-month-old, who can barely support her head, into the toddler seat. The toddler seat was also missing all the padding around the head.I contacted Viva Transfers immediately. They apologized and assured me the correct car seats would be provided for our return journey. They were not.On the return trip, we were given an extremely old infant seat (looked like it was from the 1980s) for our 5-month-old and, once again, a booster seat for our toddler. Neither were safe or appropriate.Both carseats had to be expired given their age so therefore even when provided are completely unsafe and inadequate.

Rang them to confirm pick up fron hotel had immediate positive response by a very friendly lady.taxi arrived spot on time by a really nice e and friendly driver.i have used viva for the past 3 years and everything been brilliant I will be using again in February.so thanx to all at viva Anthony daniels
Easily booked on the website months in advance for pickup on a Sunday morning at Lanzarote airport, even though the flight was early and security was extra quick, the driver was ready and waiting for us, just like the two times before on previous bookings. Super efficient, arrived at destination promptly after a quick and safe drive, would recommend especially for Lanzarote.
Pre booked a transfer with viva transfers and Arrived at GC airport and no taxi was waiting after waiting around for 20 mins at the pick up point i decided to call the 24/7 emergency number only to find a Spanish answering machine with no English option. A Spanish tour operator kindly helped me and listened to the messages and signed “no no” to me I assumed no answer. Then after 30 mins I received a what’s app message asking if I had found my driver to which I replied NO I was told to wait they were looking for him. 40 mins past this was now 10.40pm he wouldn’t answer my calls just kept messaging me. After a further 15 mins he messaged to say my driver had taken another family thinking it was me. Wtfffff. I was then told to get in another taxi pay and the would refund me after an hour of waiting and a further €80 I had no option. Viva Transfer refunded me €80 after 8 days but I will never use or recommend these again absolute shambles. So please be aware
Booked transfer with childseats 2 months ahead. The day of the flight they send us a message that their drivers don’t drive that time in the night. ”Go to desk number xxx and if they can’t offer you a transfer take a taxi. No we can’t guarantee that they have childseats”. The said they would refund for the taxi and the childseats. Well that would have been very helpful for us for example in case of an emergency and dead kids?! Luckily we found another transfer last minute, but Viva transfer only offer 50% refund because they think they made their part?! Never trusting them again!
Booked Viva transfers for our arrival at Tenerife South airport to Los Cristianos. The night before our departure they sent a message asking if we would share with another family on our flight who were going to the same area & they would refund 50%. We said we would but when we arrived there was no one there for us & the office was closed. We tried calling the 24/7 telephone number on our confirmation but there was no answer! Having checked our email they had sent a message mid flight cancelling on us saying that as our flight was late (1 hour) they had no driver. Will never use them again 😡
I booked a return transfer from and to Lanzarote airport. They were there to collect us but never turned up for the return journey. When I called to see where they were, I was told with little concern that they couldn’t get hold of the driver so I had better get a cab. They told me they would give me a refund, and that was that. Lanzarote is not the easiest place to get a cab a certain times of the day so we arrived at the airport with minutes to spare. I would strongly recommend to AVOID!! at all costs
