Booked transfer with childseats 2 months ahead. The day of the flight they send us a message that their drivers don’t drive that time in the night. ”Go to desk number xxx and if they can’t offer you a transfer take a taxi. No we can’t guarantee that they have childseats”. The said they would refund for the taxi and the childseats. Well that would have been very helpful for us for example in case of an emergency and dead kids?! Luckily we found another transfer last minute, but Viva transfer only offer 50% refund because they think they made their part?! Never trusting them again!
