I signed up to viva’s CIMA all access pass for 1 year in March 2024. In the following 12 months I passed the MCS and all 4 strategic exams using just the viva courses and Kaplan textbooks.Personally, I find the more practice questions I can do ahead of an exam, the better my exam result. Viva provide a lot of mock exams and the questions are very typical of the questions in the real exam.One extra tip that helped me pass the SCS first time and what would have improved my other case study results, is to look at the examiner’s report on cima’s website for the previous case study where they include examples of a model answer.Overall, I would recommend viva to anyone who is funding their own cima tuition.
