My journey wasn't without its challenges; after initially struggling with the Operational Case Study (OCS), I joined the VIVA Elite Membership. Plenty of resources there. The course was well-structured and highly exam-focused, which made a big difference in helping me understand what is required to pass. The materials were clear, practical, and aligned closely with the actual exam format. I particularly found the mock exams and feedback very useful, as they helped me improve my exam technique and time management.The tutors were knowledgeable and supportive throughout the course. Their explanations were easy to follow, and they provided valuable insights into how to approach different types of questions. The guidance on structuring answers and applying theory to case scenarios was especially helpful.
