Do not ever buy a console from these robbers, Shockingly bad customer service, I let them repair the console once, it failed again I asked them for a refund, they wont refund me. They told me if I sent the console in for a refund that it would get "lost"!!!They want specific wording to do a repair (so they can screw you out of claiming a refund) They wont let you speak to a manager when you want to, they call you back when they can be bothered, and if they can be bothered. Their MD does not bother to reply at all, he forwards all e-mails back to the "customer services" team who go round and round in circles and do nothing. So now I have a busted console that I don't wanted repaired again, I cant have a refund, customer services are more than useless, I would say a doggy dodo would talk more sense than their team.Do yourselves a favour guys, and don't waste your hard earned cash on these incompetent, thieving bunch of specialist thieving merchants.Anyone who has purchased a console and they are being absolute morons to you as well, report them to the FSA (ombudsman). also trading standards, and tag trustpilot when they ignore your social media messages. Keep fighting these losers people, don't let these guys screw you out of hundreds of pounds worth of your hard earned cash. DO NOT BUY HTC PRODUCTS!!! YOU WILL GET SCAMMED.
