Cannot log into my account wanted to upgrage to a wirless headset after a few years of not using the wired one. Cannot get a reply from them when i aske where is my account and games i brought.
The shipping company absolutely shattered my package (Screw you UPS). The customer support was quick and effective and helped me replace the broken goods. One of the most polite, effective and competent support teams I've seen.
I’ve had to take HTC to court just to get my refund.I returned a product worth £845 and was told I’d be refunded. They now wrongly claim I was refunded via a chargeback — even though I provided written confirmation from my bank that HTC won the chargeback and kept the funds.I’ve sent multiple formal letters and escalated the issue repeatedly. HTC has either ignored or misunderstood everything. It’s now been nearly a year with no resolution, and I’ve had no choice but to take them to Small Claims Court.This company has shown a shocking disregard for customer service and basic financial accountability. Avoid.
Htc Vive is a predatory sales company. They sell hardware with old and outdated components, that won't allow you to upgrade other parts of your VR setup. They sell outdated controllers, even years after controllers were updated. For example I bought my vr bundle in 2021, but they still sell the pre 2018 controllers which are not compatible with VR Base Station 2.0s. They build models, then cancel them, forcing you to buy new models if you wish to enjoy any upgrades. You will be sorry if you buy from this company. Their customer service do nothing more than day "We are sorry you are not happy." Worthless, and ridiculous. If you want a good headset, look into the Valve Index. And since I can't reply to the company, I'll edit my post here. I've already "contacted" Vive support. And they refuse to do anything about my situation. And at this point, I wouldn't accept it if you did offer to make it right. I'm just going to buy a different brand of VR hardware. From a company who will send me the latest tech they have to offer, and still support even years after the initial release.
THE F**CKERS AT HTC VIVE ARE A MISERABLE BUNCH OF LYING SH**T-EATING C*CKS*CKING C*CKFAGS!!!I HAVE JUST RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM THEM TO SAY THAT MY ORDER FOR THE VIVE XR ELITE WHICH I HAD PLACED ON SUNDAY 26TH MAY 2024 HAD BEEN CANCELLED BECAUSE I HAD REQUESTED THE CANCELLATION OF MY ORDER AND THAT MY ORDER HAD "EXPIRED".BULLSH**T!!!!! I NEVER ASKED TO CANCEL MY ORDER, AND I WAS NEVER EVER MADE AWARE THAT MY ORDER HAD AN EXPIRATION DATE!!!!I AM NEVER EVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM HTC EVER AGAIN. THE F*CKWITS AT HTC ARE JUST SH**T!!!!!!
sold me a product with unfinished software after returning the item never refunded me months later thy still owe me 700 euros that god knows if I will ever see again, The consumer service agent also made many mistakes from spelling to just a lack of understanding of English
I ordered the VIVE PRO 2 FULL KIT for just over €1,000. However, due to unexpected expenses I was forced to return the device. Factory packaged, not opened by me. I received a return label and posted the package. I did not receive a refund for a long time and reported this to support. They in turn checked it with UPS and the whole situation took from 19 December 2023 (that's when I reported the non-refund) to 29 January 2024 when vive said it was FRAUD and that I should contact the police regarding the fact that they had not issued me a refund. I didn't quite understand what was going on, on the tracking I saw that the parcel had not been accepted by the recipient and was returned to the sender which was me. The package itself was lost somewhere in the UPS warehouse and I had to contact them myself to collect it. At the end of the day, I was left with a pre-packed device that I did not need. I reported the matter again to vive support. I explained that the package had come back to me, that I had the device at home intact and that I wanted to return it. To which support like a bot responds with the same copy paste formula that if I have a problem then I should report it to the police and that they can't help me with the issue. I would like to point out again that I received a return label, sent it and the recipient (VIVE) decided NOT to RECEIVE the parcel so it came home to me. I feel scamed and it is tragic that the shop does not give the option to return the product. In theory they do but in practice they refuse to accept the package and will not accept the return. I do not recommend this shop to anyone
