Customer Service is rubbish, Dispatch time is abysmal. A company that does not give a hoot about their customers but just simply getting that cash in ASAP and holding on to it with a death grip when trying to get a refund, due to the sloppy services that has been provided. Cancelling will take as long if not longer than the supposed 3 day dispatch. I was never notified of this 3 day dispatch in any email or before I made my purchase or at any point during the transaction. They will take your money and run! Ordering almost a week in advance for a special event, forget about it. They don't operate in 2019. Their tech may be closer to 2019 but their business practices are certainly not. I am even tempted to move over to Oculus, purely based on the lack of professionalism, service and what I feel is point blank thievery from HTC
