No repair service at all. Had my vive pro base station going on 2 months. Get the same pan answers each time I check for progress. ( there working on it). I believe they either have no parts to fix any items or no one qualified to fix them. there is a massive amount of people with much longer waits than me. Seems like the same response for phones or vr . Nothing is getting done. I smell class action.
