take my advice dont buy a vive from HTC direct, their customer service is shocking i have spent over 3 hours on online chat trying to resolve order issues to no avail. everything i have been told & promised on chat simply hasn't happened. after 3 days they told me stock i had been promised would be delayed so cancelled my order, now 12 days later they still haven't refunded my money nearly a thousand pounds.... !!! One of the worst customer service experiences I've had since the internet began.Dispute case has been opened now , unbelievable
