I’m currently 6 days into the 14-day CGM program with Vively, and it has already been a very interesting and positive experience.
By combining a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) with their intuitive app, I’ve been able to see in real time how my body, and specifically my glucose levels, respond to different foods, exercise, sleep and even stress. Some things genuinely surprised me. A few foods I always assumed were healthy actually caused bigger glucose spikes than I expected.
What I like most is that Vively doesn’t just show numbers. The app provides clear graphs, helpful messages and practical insights that make it easier to understand patterns and make small changes to minimise large glucose fluctuations. They also include short videos with very handy tips, which makes the learning process even easier.
I enjoy using data to make better decisions about my health and wellbeing, and seeing these patterns in real time has been fascinating. The insights I’ve already gained have been extremely valuable.
Overall, Vively does a great job of turning complex health data into practical, easy-to-understand guidance, and so far it has been a great experience.
