Because we are struggling as a customers we do payrents, but we not getting how's where we live fully repaid? I'm sorry. We have to go to legal adviser for house service. What we get.
Vivid have really looked after me, I can't really fault the service. Yes sometimes I wish I could get appointments faster, that might have prevented further issues. The staff from engineers to admin have always been helpful and without judgement. My complaints have been taken seriously. Definitely the best social housing provider I have resided with.
Been with Vivid for 10 months now. They have been excellent for us. Swift to sign up with and a great house - we love it. All repairs completed and to a great standard. All managed through an app. Regular messages to update and inform. And plenty of notice for routine maintenance. Thank you Vivid.
I misplaced my key for the communal bin store and contacted the service, only to receive a patronizing response stating they can't replace keys, even if I would pay for it. When I explained that not being able to dispose of waste was an issue for me, the representative suggested I ask my neighbors for a key, which is impractical given that the ones I know have serious issues. Overall, this experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I would recommend avoiding this service.

Absolutely appalling. I’m beyond frustrated. My shower is completely broken, leaving my family and me without hot water. We’ve been using the kitchen tap to fill a bucket for baths, and it’s incredibly inconvenient. After a week of waiting for help, we were told it’s not considered an emergency. The missed appointment further compounded our issues. We’ve now gone two weeks without proper hygiene. This is unacceptable.
I strongly advise against this housing association. Since moving in, I have faced nothing but negligence and safety issues. Despite paying for necessary checks, I discovered that the heating unit was non-functional just a week after moving in. They have been unhelpful with repairs, causing significant stress. Security is also a major concern, with unsecured communal doors and ignored fire alarms. This level of neglect is unacceptable.
