We had an Excellent Team of Ben & Chris, both were Ultra Professional and explained everything very well. Very nice Personalities too. They were quick to remove our 2 Dining Room Sets @9 chairs and Cabinet. I always rely on Got Junk to get the job done. Quick and Fast. I have called other furniture removal places & they were just too difficult to deal with plus I'd be on a wtg list for months. Got Junk said they could take my stuff even the same day I called, but I just wasn't ready. They're the Best. I highly recommend.
Totally positive experience with the ease of scheduling, the on-time arrival, the professional way Chuck, Jahmaree & Trevor acted in my home and the overall way they handled the removal. Chuck explained up front the pricing after viewing the project so no confusion & answered my questions on future use.

Dave and Cesar showed up and were in work mode. Very pleasant and very efficient. These supermen got a two car garage done in no time. Perfect service. If it's possible to give an 11/10, they're getting it.
Horrible, showing up with a truck that was already half full with someone elses junk, that I'm 100% sure that I ended up paying for... and never coming back to finish my request to remove the rest that I had paid for because you pay for the weight, yeh a pyramid scheme for junk..🤑
Look elsewhere. I wish I had had more time to research other companies in my area as I would have chosen them or gone with a smaller business. They gave a 2 hour (2:30-4:30p) window and did not arrive until 5:30p. On top of that, the communication was slow and limited ans I would not have known they were planning on being so late if I hadn't texted to ask (they dont do calls, first red flag). On top of that, their prices are outrageous. For the removal of a couch, desk, chair and shelves it was $800. It was a complete ripoff and the sales people answered zero questions about why the pricing was so insane. If I could give zero stars, I would. You're better off with almost any other company.
DJ and Andrew were polite, professional and friendly. Pricing was explained on arrival and no surprises. Given the 15 deg temps, they both remained in good spirits and advocated for the customer with keeping company policy’s in place.
The team was fantastic! They arrived promptly and immediately got to work once I pointed out the items to be removed, just as advertised! Their professionalism was impressive, and the customer service was top-notch! I was extremely satisfied with the entire experience and will certainly choose this service again.
