Vivid what a waste of space ,I life in a block of flats ,a few of us are over 50 all we want is a quiet life ,work and enjoy our home ,doesn’t help that you life next to people that play music loudly have parties and keep you up all night,the fighting drug taking windows being cracked and shouting,I have witnessed a few occasions where his guest have been kicking his door , he has a noise abatement notice,Eviromental health has issued him yet he is still here ,then you have another neighbour that shouts because that her normal volume ,playing loud music smoking weed ,her flat stinks as she doesn’t do much House work as she always has friends round, we have cleaners in every week but our corridor and the lift as soon dirty again ,don’t get started on young parents with children screaming early hours in the morning as all my neighbour can hear her swearing at constantly at the children .The corridors wall are disgusting with black marks ,bike wheels food and drink and holes it’s embarrassing to let friends come to visit .Yet we have been lied to constantly being told we need evidence and then told that the person in question said it wasn’t them ,Vivid only want your money and there is definitely no care for residents .Especially when you area manager gets a really good salary for doing nothing but lie and twist things.
