Vile housing association, quick enough to increase the rent every year but not quick enough to complete a repair. You put a claim in against them and they still ignore you. The amount of times I've had to chase them up for a job that's still not been sorted is ridiculous. Unless you put in a claim to them you won't get anything done!! Well that's if they can be bothered to pull their finger out. They won't even install a shower unless you are under occupational therapy.
