I purchased tickets to the Phoenix Suns and GSW Play-In Game April 17, 2026. It said to wait 15min and I will get an email with the tickets. Never got the tickets, I reached out to chat support and was told the broker rejected the request! How Sway? Vivid claimed that the tickets had already been purchased by someone else! I’m like well why were they available for purchase if someone else purchased them! INSANE! So then chat support says, we will issue a refund! I’m pissed why will yall pull this on someone the time of the event? I know one thing, I WILL NEVER EVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN! Learned my lesson the FIRST TIME!
