I purchased tickets that were never going to be issued by the venue because the stage would be in the way, my purchase was made in November and they were made aware by me after I did what they asked and called the venue directly myself. So then I waited for them to provide me with two new seats but then after a month they tell me that they want more time. I have already paid for seats that were never going to be issued so they are waiting for a seller to contact them and tell them that they can’t fulfill their order. I would think they would do the right thing since they have had over a month to process the simple request of two other seats that are valid but nothing as of February 21st. They are horrible at treating their customers right and returning calls and emails to make things right
Another scumbag provider - they don’t cancel shows but rather “postpone” them in perpetuity so you can never get a refund. What a wonderful business practice. If only it was a real ticket and not an e-ticket, then I would be able to wipe my cooley with it. My scheduled show for Snow Strippers was “postponed” three weeks ago on 1/24 in MN and if I booked with Ticketmaster I would have received a refund as soon as it was postponed. Lesson learned and I hope everyone that reads this realizes what a liability it is to book with Vivid Seats. It is like setting money on fire which in the dead of a cold MN winter may sound warm and fuzzy but at the end of the day will only burn your bum.
I purchased tickets to see Levity in Phoenix for the weekend but the tickets were for something other than what I purchased. I wanted the tickets for Levity at Mesa Ampitheater but the tickets were for Nile Theater. I reached out to correct this but there was no recourse all purchases are final. So frustrating that the tickets were not clearly marked at the time of purchase and that there was no remedy.
I needed help retrieving my tickets as it was difficult for me to follow the instructions. After multiple attempts I reached out to customer service & Had the best experience possible. Five stars all the way! Now that is customer service! An agent patiently waited for me to understand all the steps necessary to retrieve my tickets. They're kind & compassionate and joined me in my excitement of attending my first major sporting event. And a World Cup match at that! Vivid seats is always my go-to for concerts. & They are always a cut above. Kudos to this agent for calming my nerves and making sure that was all set before ending our chat. I find it frustrating to download the app, especially when trying to scan the code, as it didn't work on my laptop with DuckDuckGo or my Android device. Consequently, I will have to wait until 01/22/2026 or 01/23/2026 to receive my tickets via email, while the event is scheduled for 01/24/2026!

I purchased tickets around five months ago and received them just three days ago, only to find they were not the same tickets I ordered. Instead, they were for a completely different section that is priced lower. They claimed it was comparable because it's in the same 'zone,' despite being eight sections away. The guarantee specifies section, yet they insist that zone and section mean the same to them. When I inquired, the representative admitted that none of the decision-makers had ever visited the venue, which seems absurd, especially since the tickets provided are $100 cheaper each than those I originally bought. They refused to make any adjustments and would not allow me to speak with another representative or supervisor to address my concerns.
The service is illegitimately selling tickets to an event organized by us. They are charging $53+ when the actual price is only $17, and numerous guests have reached out to verify if their tickets from this platform are valid. They are NOT. I have tried every contact number and followed all prompts to reach a representative without any luck. I also attempted to use their chat feature, but it requires downloading their app. I've sent an email to the support team, but I have little hope for a response. This is a SCAM.
