I cannot reach anyone live and the AI bots are not helpful. I can't access the tickets and my event is about to take place. No one answers. I even asked to leave a customer review in the chat and it changed my one star to a five start rating. Maybe that is why they have an overall 4 star here? This has not been a good experience and I need to scramble to get other tickets for a surprise now. Would not use this site again.
