I purchased a dress through Vivielle, and a month later, it still hasn't been shipped out for delivery. Moreover, I thought I was getting the dress at a good price, little did I know that there was a hidden sign-up for the VIP membership program. My order had no information indicating that I was signing up for this program, but a little more than a full business week from purchase, I was charged an additional $29.99 for VIP membership I didn't ask for. I didn't even use the benefits, but when I found out about it, I couldn't even get a refund from them. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE.
