Purchased a dress on August 28, I did not receive until almost 3 weeks later. Because the lack of sizing guides and actual useful reviews on their website (not just generic reviews from influencers who got free clothes) I purchased a size too large. It has taken all of September to get a refund and a return label. After 10 emails and Instagram chat messaging they finally said that as a "gesture' I could keep the dress and they would refund me. I logged into my bank and realized that bot only did they NOT refund me, they charged me TWICE. I don't intend on keeping the badly made dress that is too big, but I have started the dispute with my bank. DO NOT BUY from this scam website. If the company replies: I have all my email, chat, bank, and product photos. Tell the truth and stop scamming people.
