Worst company I explained to them I was going thru a financial crisis and for them to come get the equipment and to stop charging me all together becuz I can not utilize the camera or the door bell they installed due to none payment .and I could only see so far close to my door only when they where working . But they continue to charge me every month and had the nerve to charge me an extra $175 dollars on top of that thru collections . They reps do not care they will keep transferring you and no 1 will and can help u . Then they sent me to collections after agreeing to make changes and work with me which was a lie . Don’t do it becuz they are heartless if anything goes wrong or your in a tight spot & situation they will not care. On top of me only being able to see in front of my garage and front door ONLY when they where on the camera was on . Not my whole yard told them my yard was vandalized they still didn’t do anything to change it .so it’s not worth the money to me when I told them how it was not worth the investment they had a million excuses but still charging me don’t do it . When they cut it off they will still charge you monthly as if it’s still on . I asked to come get it back they said they don’t do that . Which is being a bully to me becuz how do you make someone keep something that did not benefit their safety . They tie you into a contract and bully u.
