Do not trust this company with your security. Aside from the constant frustration with the equipment and the app, there are some serious ethics concerns with this company. One of their sales reps came to my house to sleep with my wife and was complicit in her unplugging the security panel in the hopes that I wouldn't see her sneak him into the house for three and a half hours. I reported him to their ethics dept, and they've done nothing since it was reported on Mar 22, 2026, it's now Apr 8th.
