I have had Vivint for almost 3 years. The first year with them was ok. Still to this day they haven’t been able to install the thermostats that I purchased from them. Was told they would send a technician over to look at it again and that hasn’t happened. The last 2 years have been a nightmare with billing. Trying to put a card on file for them to be able to charge, I’ve talked to 15+ customer service reps that promised me they could make it happen. Absolutely horrendous customer service.
