I had my system for a year and the equipment stop working. Now remind you this system is well over 3 thousands dollars. I called and was told that they could get a text out to me with a fee. I asked about the warranty and was told that you only get a two week warranty once the system is installed. The second problem is the sensors sometimes don't work and the third problem is that when you go looking on your phone to see your home it spins and takes about 15 to 20 minutes before your phone pulls up the camera.
