Vivint hasn't responded to any of my clients that I signed up through their terrible 3rd party installers with zero credibility. Not only have they not complete the installs after taking the clients money, they also haven't paid my reps or myself on any work performed. I have reached out to everyone I have a contact with at their company and no one wants to respond. Do not use them, they are a scam and will leave you with nothing!
