I experienced a similar issue in July 2025. On that occasion, after three days of repeated attempts, I was able to reach a customer service representative who resolved the matter and arranged the refund.
Unfortunately, this repeated lack of response has left me very disappointed with the level of customer service. Based on these experiences, I will not be purchasing Vivo shoes for my son again, nor would I feel comfortable recommending your company to others.
