It feels like I have regained my hearing. My natural hearing has diminished over the years, making sounds less clear, but with these hearing aids, I'm finally able to hear what I've been missing. I appreciate the ability to adjust the volume independently for each ear using the app, which helps accommodate my varying levels of hearing loss. I've increased the volume for my left ear by an additional 10% compared to the right, creating a perfect balance for me. I'm also exploring the Noise Reduction Mode to optimize my experience. I truly enjoy these hearing aids! The entire support team deserves high praise, but since I can only give 5 stars, this rating reflects my satisfaction.
