I just received the Vivtone Superminis. They are charging now but I tried them on and they fit wonderfully in my ears! After a 2 hour charge, I could finally hear the TV and my husband. I highly recommend the Superminis for women with small ears, like me. Can't wait to use them tomorrow after an overnight charge! Received them in just days from placing the order. Vivtone kept me posted on the tracking details daily. I highly recommend Vivtone for excellent hearing aids!
I recently bought a few other brands, but they couldn't match the performance of these. A friend of mine invested several thousand in his, and it's astonishing how they don't compare to what I have. My only regret is not discovering these sooner.
Returns are not truly free, highly discouraged. I initiated a return for a pair of hearing aids before the 45-day trial period. I received the return authorization and paid $9.89 for shipping. The returns department took 7 days to respond to my credit request after receiving my package. They informed me that I would be charged $10.00 for cleaning. I only used them once for 2 hours and realized they wouldn't work for me. I carefully returned them in the original box with unopened accessories. This feels like a scam; the letter seemed like a generic template. I resell electronics and never charge for cleaning returned items. This service feels deceptive, and I cannot recommend it at all.
As someone who is new to hearing aids and has experienced high-frequency hearing loss for over 60 years, I can confidently say that these devices have transformed my experience. It feels like I have regained my hearing. My natural hearing has diminished over the years, making sounds less clear, but with these hearing aids, I'm finally able to hear what I've been missing. I appreciate the ability to adjust the volume independently for each ear using the app, which helps accommodate my varying levels of hearing loss. I've increased the volume for my left ear by an additional 10% compared to the right, creating a perfect balance for me. I'm also exploring the Noise Reduction Mode to optimize my experience. I truly enjoy these hearing aids! The entire support team deserves high praise, but since I can only give 5 stars, this rating reflects my satisfaction. I will definitely recommend this service to anyone in need of hearing aids or considering a switch!
You rarely find a company these days that is so determined to fulfill the customers requirements.I recently purchased a model that in use did not provide sufficient features. I am a professional organist and the sound reproduction was not clear. Then I received an email a few days later describing the XPure model. Within 5 minutes they had the new model ordered and set upon their computer to send to me on trial. They made me promise to call them if I encounter any problems
