From the beginning i found this tablet not user friendly, and when I contacted them they told me that it is new tech and there would be frequent software updates over time, and that should make the operation of it easier.
Now comes the serious matter, when I was informed of a new update, an then I tried to switch on the ai paper, nothing happened the tablet was fully charged. I contacted customer service and they gave me steps to reflashing, but I could not achieve this as the tablet would not switch off and switch on, so it could not be recognised by my pc. I have not been helped by customer service, excuses like it Chinese new year etc. I have now a very expensive tablet that does not work and is frozen in like a stby condition. I now regret putting my trust in this company
