From the beginning i found this tablet not user friendly, and when I contacted them they told me that it is new tech and there would be frequent software updates over time, and that should make the operation of it easier.
Now comes the serious matter, when I was informed of a new update, an then I tried to switch on the ai paper, nothing happened the tablet was fully charged. I contacted customer service and they gave me steps to reflashing, but I could not achieve this as the tablet would not switch off and switch on, so it could not be recognised by my pc. I have not been helped by customer service, excuses like it Chinese new year etc. I have now a very expensive tablet that does not work and is frozen in like a stby condition. I now regret putting my trust in this company

The e ink reader is great and I have both sizes. Main benefits are:* Being able to take notes on either device and upload to the cloud service of your choice and then see the notes on the other device.* Full Google store access, I really love using my newspaper app on here.* Viwoods constantly making updates to improve the user experience. * Taking notes and linking these to the calendar to make looking back by time really easy.
I have both models and love them. I spent a lot of time learning about the alternatives before landing on Viwoods. The software and hardware do not disappoint. The devices have allowed me to make substantial improvements in how I work.
Viwoods creates a great e-ink device. The AiPaper is well made both on hardware and software side. It runs on a custom version of Android then it is easy to find and install applications of daily usage. In addition, the Viwoods team releases software updates frequently to add new features. It is equipped with, probably, the best screen on the market for resolution and contrast. I like this product a lot!
My expectations have been completely fulfilled.The writing experience is almost better than on certain types of paper: the ability to quickly jot down notes and reorganize them later is what I needed to be more effective and productive.The new voice recognition and automatic transcription features are what I was waiting for to have a complete work tool that suits all my needs. Congratulations to the development team—the ability to use Android apps is the definitive distinguishing factor. Well done guys!
