One star is being generous for this company. Ordered a full set of headlights and taillights for a customer that was leaving for Florida for the winter. These are much more pricey than what I have ordered in the past, but they were willing to try them out, as they appeared to be good quality. Received the taillights after a longer-than-most shipping wait. Then received an email from the company explaining that the headlights were on backorder, no clue as to when they would ever arrive, and suggested that I upgrade at my own cost (over $140) and the headlights they wanted me to "upgrade" to were projector lights, which would preclude me from being able to replace or upgrade the bulbs. I kindly requested an RMA to return the taillights as my customers wanted a matched set from a single manufacturer. VLAND refused, insisting that the taillights would work with other brand headlights, like I didn't know that. I insisted that that was not what my customer wanted. By this time, I had already ordered and installed a new set of lights and sent my customer on to the land of sandy beaches. Instead of relenting and sending an RMA, eating a little shipping loss and possibly retaining a future customer, these folks dug in and argued for an entire month, refusing to send an RMA and insisting that they had fulfilled their obligations of the sale (still hadn't received the headlights). I'm too busy to deal with their crap, so I'm going to eat the return shipping, but I will never deal with this company again. Unless you enjoy not getting what you ordered and crappy customer service, you wouldn't either.
