I would avoid this company at ALL cost. - i ordered on 30th December 2020, 31st they send me an email telling me if i wanted my item posted i needed to pay the an extra 80 or 120 dollars, OR i could have a full refund. obviously i am not going to pay extra for something i had already paid for that included FREE shipping! - so i instantly replied and told them to refund me. this got ignored, i send 6 email after that and eventually gut a reply telling me i have to wait as they need to ask there bank to refund me?? I paid via PayPal, no bank get involved in issuing refund via PayPal, they company need to log in and issue a refund. - anyway we are now on 8/1/2021 and they STILL have not refunded me. i have a PayPal dispute going, so i guess PayPal will have for FORCE them to refund. SERIOUSLY! - DONT SEND THEYS PEOPLE ANY MONEY! - the lights i bought are still on there site... BUT they tell me there is NO stock of these lights! - Terrible company, NON EXISTANT customer serviced - you have been warned!
