I am writing to convey my deep frustration with the service. I placed an order for a Crucial 2666MHz 8GB DDR4 RAM on 25th December 2025 for ₹1,199. As a regular customer, I have experienced nothing but issues. The team assured me that the item would ship by 5th January, but today they have pushed it back to 8th January without any valid explanation. I have followed up several times and even sent a formal 'Final Notice' on 2nd January via a support ticket. Given that the order was placed on 25th December and it still hasn't shipped, I have officially filed a complaint with the relevant consumer authority on 3rd January 2026. I am requesting a full refund immediately.
