This is a fraudulent company. Stay away! Just gather more info over the net, and you will find plenty of cases going on against them. They will deliver old and faulty product, sometimes no product and won't answer your calls. Stay away!

I ordered Hola telephone sets and made full advance payment.
I received only one item, and that too the wrong product (Beetel B11), which I never ordered.
After receiving the payment, they stopped responding properly. Every time I contact them, they say “you will get an update within 24 hours”, but no update is ever provided.
This website is misleading customers and wasting their time after taking money.
Strong warning to everyone: Do not place orders or make advance payments on this website.

I placed an order for a 27-inch monitor for Rs 11189 on June 1, 2024, through the platform. Despite waiting a long time, the product was never shipped. I ended up raising multiple complaint tickets, sending numerous emails, and making at least 50 calls. They continuously assured me that the refund would be processed within a week. However, over six months have passed, and I still haven't received my Rs 11189 back. I'm extremely frustrated with their lack of response. It seems I’m not alone, as many other customers are facing similar issues. Often, they don't answer calls or abruptly end the conversation when I inquire about my refund.
I had a very disappointing experience with the service. I ordered a room heater online, and what arrived was an obviously old, used, and defective item with dents and damage in several areas. I am writing to convey my deep frustration with the service. I placed an order for a Crucial 2666MHz 8GB DDR4 RAM on 25th December 2025 for ₹1,199. As a regular customer, I have experienced nothing but issues. The team assured me that the item would ship by 5th January, but today they have pushed it back to 8th January without any valid explanation. I have followed up several times and even sent a formal 'Final Notice' on 2nd January via a support ticket. Given that the order was placed on 25th December and it still hasn't shipped, I have officially filed a complaint with the relevant consumer authority on 3rd January 2026. I am requesting a full refund immediately.
They are fraudulent. They take money but do not deliver, and there is no response to emails, calls, or messages. The customer service is also unhelpful. It has been a month, and my order has not been delivered, with no response from them. My money is wasted. Do not purchase anything from them; they are deceitful.
