The support team is completely ineffective. Initially, they agree to any feature you ask about, even if it's not available, just to make the sale. After the purchase, their responses become either silent or clueless, and they suddenly can't communicate well. They were clear before the sale, but confused and unresponsive afterward. I strongly advise against buying from them.
