I rented an American phone, and while the IP was American, the DNS server was from Hong Kong, which is problematic for sensitive tasks. I spent two days trying to explain the issue to their tech support, but they insisted everything was 'normal.' When I requested a refund, they simply said, 'No refunds.' It's shocking how a company that promotes itself widely can fail to provide professional service or support. My experience was marked by delays and negligence, and I would never recommend them.
