I truly wish I had read these reviews before ordering two items. I ordered on November 29th—one arrived on December 15th (poor quality), and the other still hasn’t arrived. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift, but it may not arrive until Easter 2026! I’m leaving on the 20th, so I’ve lost hope of it arriving in time. Customer service has been unhelpful. I asked which carrier they used and never received a clear answer. It would be better if they were in a different line of work. They seem to answer questions that weren’t asked rather than the ones that were. Save your money and time, and stay away from this dreadful seller. A disgrace!
