I reached out to the support team three times, and each time I received an apology for the delay in my package, even though I had already received the item they sent.
STEER CLEAR OF THIS SELLER! I'm really disappointed; I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. I lost £70 on a faulty coat that was intended as a Christmas gift (opened on Christmas Day), but since it’s past the 30 days, they won’t replace or refund it, despite it being completely faulty. It’s disheartening to lose hard-earned money with nothing to show for it! AVOID THIS SELLER!!
Subpar service! I ordered a suit, but they sent the wrong color, and the material is cheap. When I asked to return it, I was constantly given the runaround. Eventually, I received the return address, but after sending it tracked, it has been stuck in customs for 25 days! It feels like a scam; they make it nearly impossible to get a refund. Avoid this seller!

I truly wish I had read these reviews before ordering two items. I ordered on November 29th—one arrived on December 15th (poor quality), and the other still hasn’t arrived. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift, but it may not arrive until Easter 2026! I’m leaving on the 20th, so I’ve lost hope of it arriving in time. Customer service has been unhelpful. I asked which carrier they used and never received a clear answer. It would be better if they were in a different line of work. They seem to answer questions that weren’t asked rather than the ones that were. Save your money and time, and stay away from this dreadful seller. A disgrace!
Do not purchase from this seller. I bought a pair of shoes, and when they arrived, they looked quite different from the online photo (they were actually striped!). I immediately tried to return them. The returns policy claims it will be easy, but it was a nightmare. Their policy states you return to the nearest shipping point and provides a local contact address, but all returns must go to another country, which is very costly. It seems they do this to avoid giving full refunds, offering instead small partial refunds or store credit, hoping I wouldn’t proceed with the return. The offers were insulting and disingenuous, so I decided to continue with the return. After paying the high return shipping cost, the items reached customs, and then the seller tried to deduct customs duties from my refund! (They can claim relief for those duties, making this completely illegitimate.) Please never buy from this seller. They do not deserve your business; find a reputable retailer instead.
****PLEASE Avoid this Seller and do not spend your money here. I ordered a trench coat that was on sale for £29.99. It took a long time to arrive, and although the website appears to be based in the local area, it’s actually in another country. The coat finally arrived, but it would only fit a child and is made from cheap felt material. It is not fit for purpose and looks nothing like the online picture. So far, they’ve offered me a 20% refund to keep the coat or a 50% store credit to buy more of their subpar products. No thanks! I’m currently trying to get a full refund and will pursue a chargeback through my bank since I paid with a debit card. I wish I had used a credit card. Awful seller, terrible products!
