****PLEASE Avoid this Seller and do not spend your money here. I ordered a trench coat that was on sale for £29.99. It took a long time to arrive, and although the website appears to be based in the local area, it’s actually in another country. The coat finally arrived, but it would only fit a child and is made from cheap felt material. It is not fit for purpose and looks nothing like the online picture. So far, they’ve offered me a 20% refund to keep the coat or a 50% store credit to buy more of their subpar products. No thanks! I’m currently trying to get a full refund and will pursue a chargeback through my bank since I paid with a debit card. I wish I had used a credit card. Awful seller, terrible products!
