Do not purchase from this seller. I bought a pair of shoes, and when they arrived, they looked quite different from the online photo (they were actually striped!). I immediately tried to return them. The returns policy claims it will be easy, but it was a nightmare. Their policy states you return to the nearest shipping point and provides a local contact address, but all returns must go to another country, which is very costly. It seems they do this to avoid giving full refunds, offering instead small partial refunds or store credit, hoping I wouldn’t proceed with the return. The offers were insulting and disingenuous, so I decided to continue with the return. After paying the high return shipping cost, the items reached customs, and then the seller tried to deduct customs duties from my refund! (They can claim relief for those duties, making this completely illegitimate.) Please never buy from this seller. They do not deserve your business; find a reputable retailer instead.
