I bought a raincoat on the site and it took 15 days to arrive when it should have been 7-10 days.The product was not exactly what I expected as the raincoat was not good under the rain at all, as it was made of a standard material.So I asked for a return and, after being offered many partial refunds for not returning, I was told the return would cost me between €30 and €45 because I needed to send it back to China. Really appalling when the website only has a London address so I assumed I was returning it to an English address. So very misleading.
