Review Time
The app and payment system is very confusing . I bought the trial app from google and cancelled it in Nov for £19.99 but they have continued to take out monthly subscription for £23.99 but there is no evidence to suggest I agreed to this.
I only purchased one week to check it out. The idea and intention are great but it has a serious problem recognizing what you say in role plays or tongue twisters. It gets super frustrating to say something and it picks up something completely different and then it marks you down for it. I speak English perfectly fine, it is not an accent issue. Also, in role plays, it doesn't give you suggestions as to what is a better option to say! Then, how can we learn? I hope they fix this because the idea is great.
I have a clear American accent and over half of what I said was not processed as the correct words. I am an English teacher, so I am confident the problem. Is with the application and not vocal intonation.
Returning user here. I had a long pause in practice, but I came back after seeing the Black Friday offer. The app has improved a lot since my last run, more features, more content and overall it feels more polished. It’s great to see consistent development and real effort. Well done
This is a horrible app the is not helpful at all. it flags words with no explanation or ways to improve. Further, I cancelled my subscription and three months ago, then suddenly it re-activated my account and upgraded me to premium use at more than double the cost. When I attempt to manage my subscription from both the app and website, I just receive an error message. Please do not install or sign up for this!
My voice used to lighten up every time I had to lead a tough conversation. I sounded hesitant, even when I knew exactly what I wanted to say. The jaw massage trining helped release tension I didn’t even notice. Now I speak more openly, and people respond to that calm energy.
I was doing tongue twisters out loud slowly and with full articulation. It felt silly at first, like I was in acting class, but it really showed me where I tend to me where I tend to slur. After a few session, even my manager said I was a lot easier to follow.

Even though it was outside their usual refund policy, they took the time to review my situation thoroughly and resolved it fairly. Their communication was clear, respectful, and very patient throughout. It's uncommon to find a support team that genuinely listens and strives to help, and I truly appreciate their efforts.
