This app is fantastic for enhancing my verbal communication, speech clarity, and projection. Improved communication has boosted my confidence. The customer support is also excellent! I had to cancel my subscription due to financial issues but was charged automatically. I reached out to customer support to waive the fee, and they granted my request after a week, also providing a link for a discounted annual fee with no expiration. They truly exceeded my expectations.

Repetitive exercises and technical issues

The core training program seems repetitive and lacks enough variety. I often see the same exercises scheduled weekly, leading to program monotony. Additionally, the AI coach's feedback is generic, offering little meaningful analysis. Standard praise like "you did great" diminishes the coaching value. There are also significant technical issues, making consistent use difficult. Recently, there have been days when recorded session analyses failed, and today, scheduled exercises did not load. These ongoing technical problems are a major barrier to user commitment. I regret subscribing overall.
