Horrible service. Working remotely and having no internet connection is simply disgusting. I had to do plenty of work on my pc, called them from 8 am until 6 pm many times and they had the same damn answer :"our technicians are working on thr issue but we dont know when the signalwill be active again". I do t know if it is the little rain we had or else, but this shows the totall lack of profesionalism and service this company provides. I have two annual contracts with Vodafone but surely won't continue with them. Tomorrow i shall request to forcefully end my contract with them and be refunded my money! Enough!
