The quality of everything they offer is shockingly poor. The internet connection is terrible, they refuse to provide basic services, and it cuts out at least once every two days. I have nothing positive to say about this dreadful provider and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
My experience at the local store was incredibly frustrating. The representative was very rude during my visit. I went there to disconnect my mother’s phone after her passing, and instead of showing empathy, I was treated disrespectfully. This was the worst customer service I've ever encountered.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The service is terrible, with constant connection drops making it impossible to use, even simple searches are a challenge. Recently, the quality has declined significantly, and the provider fails to inform users about it or offer any solutions. It's a waste of money.
I bought the tourist package online, but it was unclear if an eSim option was available. When I tried to reach customer service, the automated chat bot was frustratingly unhelpful. Chatting with a representative was just as disappointing; after describing my issue, I waited 20 minutes without a response.
If I could give a zero-star review, I would. I bought a SIM card with 100GB data, which ran out in 21 days. When I contacted customer service, they informed me that tourist deals only last 21 days. I never requested a tourist deal; I simply asked for a SIM card with 100GB for a month.
