We bought a sim card on a thursday for a weekend trip. The sim did not work on the entire trip. We could not reach Vodaphone because we simply did not have network as the SIM did not work…When back at the airport we asked for a refund. The stuff in the airport ( a guy called Keshillues (KLEJSI)) looked up and saw that we did not have any data consumption ( again as the SIM did not work) but rejected to help us get a card refund by argumenting that “this is not his problem and he did not care if the card did not work”Aside of the SIM being an absolute scam, the airport Vodaphone stuff was extreamly unprofessional with their answers, rude and uneducated. Nobody in a customer service position should have such behaviour, specially in customers in need if help and solutions.Absolutly unnaceptable and disappointing. Really do not recomend. Lack of professionalism and emphathy.
