This company is a disaster. I was a customer of ABCOM before but since they bought it, the issues started getting more frequent. We have internet cut offs almost every week and when you call their "Customer Support" they reply with "There is a general issue in your area, the technicians are doing their best to fix it as soon as possible". I work remotely and to do my job I need a stable internet connection, so I had to find other ways to connect with internet sometimes even risking my job. I worked remotely even when I was an ABCOM customer and even though the internet speed was claimed to be lower, I did not have so much issues. This company now is a disgrace
