What should be a simple request of an additional handset turned out to be over 4 hours of chat hell!!!3 disconnects, 3 agents all saying different things. Examples like, Being spoken to like i was the one in the wrong, told to pick up at two stores to be told over the course of an hour, next day wasn’t possible to then be told oh it is. Finally after over 4 hours I manage to complete an order.All very disappointing after being a loyal customer for years. The non customer service blows my mind.
