If you are thinking about switching to Vodafone broadband, think very carefully. Three days after "activation" we still don't have Internet access or landline and their customer service and support has been atrocious. I am a long term customer for their mobile service but they will be losing my custom for that too
Attempted to set up broadband for a property that am moving into. This seemed fine at first and I received confirmation emails, but then half an hour later I received texts and emails saying that my order had been cancelled. I checked my account and it said that the order was still being processed. Several emails that I received looked like phishing attempts. One day later I checked my account and it said that my order had been cancelled. No reason provided. AWFUL.

after visiting vodafone swansea for some help on my newly bought samsung phone with some problems i was dealt with by Maddie. She was a breath of fresh air, she not only solved my problem but certainly knows her stuff and deserves a rise. it is quite a shock when you get service in a shop like this and Maddie certainly deserves recognition in her job. well done you.
I am fed up of being scammed by vodaphone broadband the worst mistake of my life. I am paying for the 150 package. I am getting a Dowload speed of 160 kb/sec and less I am being defrauded of what I am paying for. Trouble from day one with this micky mouse outfit. Why do they get away with it. Why should I have to pay £200 to get away from these clowns
Do not get near this company for the love of god!Let me give you 2 reasons why you shouldn’t proceed with this unethical company. What I am about to say has happened to at least 40 people at my school. THIS IS A BIG PROBLEM!One example is the fact that they charge your card whenever they want (It is currently 5AM and I received a charge of €15 on my card from Vodafone for no reason, mind you the charge didnt contribute towards anything in the Vodafone App neither was my plan renewed nor did the money go in the Vodafone wallet, btw mh plan still has a week till i have to renew it) I also did not agree to have my card on file with them.Another thing: 2 months ago when I went ahead to recharge my line I paid for the month twice on accident as the app im using is in Spanish (they dont know a word of english and neither do i know spanish) The first payment went towards my line and the second one went in my Vodafone Wallet, what do i think? Ok cool it’ll just stay there till next month. Next month rolls around and the money is gone with €1.52 left.
We bought 2 Samsung Galaxy A17 phones at Winchester Vodafone. Friendly, helpful service, with the needs of the customer in mind. They willingly answered questions about the product as part of an after sales service. Nice team atmosphere in the shop.
Absolutely atrocious customer services. Put on hold multiple times for long periods (15mins plus) for no reason. 75mins to order a sim card and set up a new plan to my existing plans. Sim never arrived and now over 30mins into follow up call to try to resolve the issue. Writing this review on my third extended hold period.
I have been a vodafone customer for over ten years and have had to send my phone off for a repair under warranty I dropped of the phone to a vodafone store where I was told it would be sent off for a repair and should have the phone posted back me in around 5 days. I drop the phone on a Tuesday 20th of January and got message on Friday 23rd to say your phone is now on its way to repair centre and status i will get a further update to say when they receive my phone. It is now the 29th of January and I have had no update to say where my phone is or if they have received the phone. I have called vodafone customer services and they say phone is still not at the repair centre they are no help at all. I am without a phone since the 20th January. This is not no on. I think they have lost my phone and they should have replaced the phone for me. This i awful customer service and I will no be recmending vodafone to anyone I will be also be looking to cancel my contract
