If you do not speak perfect german, don't even bother trying to get any help from the Vodafone Customer Service. I have been spending about a week back and forth trying to get help.When my router arrive the package was totally trashed, the seal broken and the bag inside with the cable was open. Inside the bag was the cable - with the pin broken off. Yes, I have pictures of it. I fixed the internet myself by loaning a cable from a friend, but wanted Vodafone to send a new cable, so I contacted them. This so I could give the cable back to my friend. After telling Vodafone customer service my birthdate maybe a bit to slow in german, 2 customer service people hung up on me. I made about 10 more phone calls, asking if somebody could call me back in english, and they promised somebody would - but nobody called me back. I just wanted to be honest and give them back their broken cable and get a new one. I called again and when they finally understood me and a new cable is on the way. Good, hooray!! During the same time a company that is their service partner SSF Telekommunikations Management GmbH have been contacting me, speaking loud almost screaming german, that they need to get into my apartment to fix my internet. Calling 5 times a day, but since i did not understand her screamy voice and she did not listen to me, I asked her to email. Which she finally did. So I have been trying to explain that I am already in contact with Vodafone and that the internet now works (dowload 538 Mbps, Upload 53 Mbps), but they say they need into my apartment anyways. Ok.So I contacted Vodafone again and asked why they need to get into my apartment when everything now works? I need to be home from work a half day then since they only can give time slots of 3 hours 14-17.Nobody on Vodafone knows and nobody understands me, even if I now have found an email adress and email them in german. They redirect me to their english chat - which also speaks ONLY GERMAN. This is almost comic. How can nobody on such a big company not speak english? Or perhaps listen to me when I try to explain myself on my new beginners german what I need help with? I can speak and explain, but a bit slower since I am Swedish and new in the country :/I am a very disappointed new customer and would not recommend Vodafone to anyone. Very time consuming and with a large dose lack of respect. I will change company as soon as my contract runs out.
